Youth Renewed

What you eat has an effect on your natural body, right?  Yes.  So it is with what you eat spiritually will affect your spirit man…. AND your natural body.
 
If a person will eat of the Lord daily, his countenance will be renewed like the eagle’s.  If he/she eats of bitterness and/or unforgiveness, etc.  his/her countenance will show this too.
 
Psalm 103:5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagles.
 
God’s people that are dedicated daily to eat of Him and be refreshed in Him, have a “glow” about them.  There is an inner youth look.  We have some older friends in the ministry that are in their 80’s and the Lord’s blessings are in their countenance.  An Inner Glow… a reflection of God’s working.  Sure, there are wrinkle’s, age spots, gray hairs, etc… but LIFE is pulsating in them and God’s strength is revealed.
 
God’s people that eat of bitterness, defensiveness, contentions, fights, etc… are stressed out and “look” stressed out.  They are EATING of the wrong kind of spiritual nutrition.  So, EAT OF THE LORD’s BREAD Daily. 
 
Have FELLOWSHIP and COMMUNION with Him in the Anointing DAILY…. ALLOW HIM to flow through you to others and within yourselves. ABIDE IN HIS LOVE, and TRUST HIM to PROVIDE for You.  Seek His Righteousness and Kingdom, Ask of Him concerning Himself… ENJOY your Walk with Him.  Matter of fact… do just that.  Take time out of your day to just let Him Talk to you…..  That’s what a Relationship is all about.  Not just texting, but encountering each other face to face and communing.

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
 
Strength, Peace, Shield, Help, Deliver from harm……
 
Psalm 28:7-9
The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.  The LORD is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.  Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever.
 
Psalm 29:11
The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.
 
Psalm 37:39-40 and Psalm 68:34-35 (and many more scriptures of God’s strength, & provision)
 
Psalm 68:34-35 v35 O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.
 
Commune, Fellowship, Eat of the Lord and Your Countenance will change with Life. Don’t let bitterness and unforgiveness cheat you out of life.
